What are the rules and policies for the resort?
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 1:00 pm and guests need to be checked-out by 11:00 am on the final day of your reservation.
What is the cancelation policy?
0-2 days: 50% refund of any payments received or 100% in camp credit
3-7 days: 75% refund of any payments received or 100% in camp credit
7+ days: 100% refund of any payments received
No refunds on or after arrival
Pets are permitted but guests are limited to two pets per site and are responsible to adhere to the following rules: pets must have a physical leash at all times, aggressive animals are not allowed, pets cannot enter any of the buildings or pond, pets must be kept inside RV at night.
Owners are also responsible to promptly clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Are children allowed at the resort?
Children are welcome and we ask that children under 14 be accompanied by an adult at all times
Can I bring and older RV or trailer?
RVs older than the year 2010 must submit a photo to management for approval prior to arrival
