Whoopee Days Rodeo – A Tradition of Western Excellence

Experience the thrill and heritage of the American West at the annual Whoopee Days Rodeo, held from June 26 to June 28, 2025, at the Madison County Fairgrounds in Rexburg, Idaho. This celebrated event brings together top-tier rodeo athletes, families, and fans for three evenings of electrifying performances, community spirit, and timeless traditions.
Event Highlights:
- Professional Rodeo Events: Witness heart-pounding competitions including bull riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, team roping, calf roping, breakaway roping, and barrel racing.
- Mutton Bustin’: A fan-favorite event where young aspiring cowboys and cowgirls (weighing 45 pounds or less) showcase their bravery and skills. Participants must bring their own helmet and arrive by 5:15 PM for check-in. Pre-registration is required, and no sign-ups will be available at the gate.
- Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Enjoy a variety of food vendors offering classic rodeo treats like corn dogs and sno-cones, ensuring a delightful experience for attendees of all ages.
Ticket Information:
- Thursday, June 26 – Family Night: Tickets are $15 for adults (13+), $10 for children (7-12), and free for kids 6 and under. A special Family Pack is available, offering any combination of 4 tickets for $40.
- Friday, June 27 – Cancer Awareness Night: Presented by Madison Health, this evening includes a raffle with exciting prizes. Attendees are encouraged to wear pink to support cancer awareness. Ticket prices are $15 for adults (13+), $10 for children (7-12), and free for kids 6 and under.
- Saturday, June 28 – Patriotic Day: Celebrate with a patriotic theme and enjoy a spectacular fireworks display immediately following the rodeo. Tickets are $20 for adults (13+), $10 for children (7-12), and free for kids 6 and under.
