What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
- CampsitesWe will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel SEVEN (7) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited.
- LodgingWe will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited.
- HolidaysWe will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.

Can I bring a pet?
Pets are permitted but guests are limited to two pets per site and are responsible to adhere to the following rules: pets must have a physical leash at all times, aggressive animals are not allowed, pets cannot enter any of the buildings, hot tubs or pickle ball courts
- Pets must be kept inside an RV at night
- Owners are responsible to promptly clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damage caused by their pets
- Pets must be attended
Are children allowed at the resort?
Absolutely! Children are welcome, we just ask that children under 14 be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I bring an older RV or trailer?
RVs older than the year 2015 must submit a photo to management for approval prior to arrival.
